We stand behind every upgrade we sell. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
Return window
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Custom-made or installed parts are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Shopify store with your order number and item details. We'll review your request and provide a return label or next steps within 1–2 business days.
Warranty coverage
Most upgrades carry a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Braking components, bearings, and electrical parts are covered when used as intended and installed correctly.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, crash or water damage, improper installation, and unauthorized modifications are not covered by warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
